George Fox University’s C.S. Lewis Initiative and Honors Program recently hosted Dr. Marc LiVecche on campus. LiVecche is the McDonald Distinguished Scholar of Ethics, War, and Public Life at The Institute on Religion & Democracy. He serves as managing editor for the institute’s foreign policy and national security journal, Providence. He is also a non-resident research fellow at the U.S. Naval War College, in the College of Leadership and Ethics.
LiVecche presented on “The Peacemaker: C.S. Lewis on War, Martial Character, and Loving our Enemies to Death.” Ron Mock, director of the Civility Project, provided a response to the talk.
