Dr. Russell Moore, President of the Southern Baptist Convention’s Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission, spoke at the Institute on Religion and Democracy’s Fifth Annual Diane Knippers Lecture on October 14. The event, hosted by the IRD at The City Club of Washington, was well attended by the public. Dr. Moore’s remarks included reflections on Diane Knippers, the late president of IRD, whom he knew personally. He also discussed how the Church should address marriage and sexuality in contemporary culture, in addition to other topics. A transcript of his remarks are available here.
