Odell Horne, Jr. was a delegate to the 2024 United Methodist General Conference and is a doctoral student studying Contextual Theology. He holds a degree in African and African American Studies and has more than 20 published articles for Ministry Matters, Theological Voice of Africa, Firebrand Magazine, United Methodist News Service, United Methodist Insight, and the Journal of Sociology and Christianity.
