Worse Than Hillary: Why I Will Never Vote for Donald Trump

on March 11, 2016

After 33 years, since age 18, of consistently and unhesitatingly voting Republican, locally and nationally, this year will be the exception, if Donald Trump is the nominee.

Politics is always about some level of unsavory accommodation. Christian political theology emphatically does not expect heavenly rule in the kingdom of man. But a Trump administration would uniquely betray the ideals of American democracy, for which reason I would not vote Republican for the first time in my life. In this decision I expect I will not be alone.

    Mark,

I cannot do that one. Ever. I would rather not vote. A woman who can look families who lost their loved ones in the eye and lie to them as to the reason, a woman who helped Islamic Militants gain power in the Middle East and North Africa, a woman who protected her abusive husband, … No, not ever. I could say some things about the radical nature of the Democrat Party. It is not “liberal” any more, but a radical version of anti-American rhetoric. But I won’t. I would rather vote down ticket and leave President blank. In my case, If I do vote for President at all, I will not tell anyone for whom. I will be too embarrassed.

While I’m not sure I would ever vote for Hillary, (and I am not sure that’s what Mark is advocating, remember we still have more primaries to go), overall I do agree with Mark, which is why I hope and pray someone else is the Republican nominee… so I can in good conscious vote for someone.

My son said Dr. Ben Carson was the only candidate that sounds “presidential.” I agree! Two years ago he gave me a copy of “One Nation” for Christmas. I was so impressed with Dr. Carson and his Christian principles! He is aware of our social problems and how to beat poverty with a job and education, not government hand outs. Growing up in poverty, he developed a huge anger problem. He even attacked at friend. But he conquered it. Today he sounds so calm and collected. But we have to look at what remains.

At least Trump is aware of the serious debt problems and immigration problems our nations faces. We are borrowing a trillion dollars a year to keep our economy from crashing under massive immigration. That can’t go on forever. That’s a thousand billion. NASA gets only 19 billion a year by comparison. We have no plans to repay Russia, China or Japan. The Clintons helped get us into this. And they believe in “cheat to win.” Look at Whitewater, the Oval Office, etc.
Trump is boastful and course, but a least he will do something to help.

And if the FBI does it’s job, someone may be indicted, etc. for compromising 2000 secret documents kept of a home computer email for our enemies to get. That compromises world peace and the lives of thousands of Americans.

I hope you were just trying to start something (and I fell for it) and wouldn’t really vote for you-know-who.

Donald Trump is the only candidate with the fruit of Christianity, pro-USA patriotism, loyalty to American taxpayers/workers, and and no ties to globalist, big money donors. He has a long history of compassionate and humane actions that he has done without fan-fare, that keeps coming out, little by little.

Certainly not Hillary – I wouldn’t vote for her at gunpoint.

Nor would I vote for Cruz who is a liar, dirty political trickster, globalist, Cuban immigrant and amnesty activist and has been since his work with the Bush administration…and for many other reasons.

Nor Jeb, nor Kasich (ties to Soros), Fiorina, nor Rubio (Rubio/Schumer Gang of Eight amnesty bill and a long record of fraud, etc). because they are all liars and for diminished US sovereignty and identity through trade deals, immigration, outsourcing, etc.

Santorum’s pro-life stance was not as consistent as he claimed.
Christie has his moments of clarity and erudition of Christian values.
Huckabee is one of the most believable, articulate and like-able.

It’s Trump for me. He can read numbers, contracts, bills like others read pulp fiction. He can run a business smoothly, relate to kings and gardeners, taxi drivers and billionaires. He plays hard, well, but fair.

For further information on Cruz go to Politijim dot com and read the Concordance of Cruz Lies, Corruption and Deception, and other articles on how Cruz has deceived Christians.

America doesn’t need another word weaseling lawyer junior Senator with dubious citizenship, dubious eligibility, sealed documents, no business or executive experience as our President.

Well, you certainly sound like a Trumpbot. I’m sorry to see that your kind has migrated here. Thanks Disqus. Evidently a mendacity filter is needed.

The truth is, nobody lies like Trump, who:

    (1) Claimed he didn’t know who David Duke was — 2 days after disavowing him.

    (2) Disclaimed calling Marco Rubio “Mark Zuckerberg’s personal Senator” at the Boulder, Colorado debate, even while that very claim was on his own campaign website.

    (3) Denied favoring intervention in Libya to oust Gaddafi. Alas, his 2011 video blog entry shows otherwise.

Then there is his thuggish campaign manager pushing a female reporter around. First they deny it, then try to obscure it, and when the videos proving it start popping up, simply go silent.

Trump and his online trolls are long on insults and convenient lies, and very, very short on knowledge of the truth. After the fact we will probably discover that many of these online trolls were paid, but we must never underestimate the lure of jumping on the bandwagon.

Both Cruz and Rubio are Obama 2.0

    √ Junior Senators
    √ Ineligible according to Constitution
√ No positive or concrete achievements for America
√ No executive or administrative experience
√ Globalist, amnesty, open borders advocates.
√ Trade and immigration deals favoring foreign interests over American worker interests. Rubio cast the deciding 60th vote for Obamatrade without even reading it.
√ Diminishing American identity and sovereignty

Where Obama advocates for Muslim immigration at taxpayer expense, both Cruz and Rubio have advocated for Cuban immigration/benefits at taxpayer expense.

    FRUIT of Christianity – HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
    LOL ROTFLOL
Got to be deprived from a humanistic point of view because that’s certainly not biblical.

So tell me, according to Scripture – what is the New Covenant?

I can see (to a certain extent), where Mark is coming from and I have the utmost respect for him. However, the bottom line is (to save this country) = ABC – Anybody but Clinton….

Although I agree with you about voting for Trump, your article implies, if Trump’s the Republican nominee, you’ll vote for Clinton or Sanders or a Third Party candidate. Well, have you ever considered the implications of such a vote, any vote for any of the candidates? Do you know that you share responsibility for the sins of those whom you elect?

“…Voters become accomplices to the crimes of those they elect. Paul warned Timothy of one of the consequences of impulsive appointments:

‘Do not lay hands upon anyone too hastily and thus share responsibility for the sins of others; keep yourself free from sin.’ (1 Timothy 5:22, NASB)

“Two verses later, Paul warned that “the sins of some men are quite evident, going before them to judgment; for others, their sins follow after.” Because no man can look into the heart of another man, voters often do not know what sins they are participating in until after the election – often long after the election. For example, on August 4, 2010, Chief U.S. District Judge Vaughn R. Walker overturned California’s Proposition 8, known as “California’s Marriage Protection Act,” (which declares that “only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California”), paving the way for sodomites like himself to “marry” one another. Vaughn was appointed to the bench in 1989 by President George H.W. Bush. Christians who helped elect the “conservative” Bush into office are therefore accomplices to this wickedness….”

Beware, Weiland says you are responsible for the sins of those you elect. That means you’ll have to repent for other people’s sins. I’ll be careful to read the newspapers so I’ll know what sins have been committed for which I’ll have to repent.

What if my elected official sins and it isn’t reported in the newspapers? I won’t know that I have to repent of that sin. I’ll be doomed like all the folks that elected JFK and died before they found out he was having affairs.

Doom and gloom brought to you by wacky Weiland and his band of bobble heads.

Another thoroughly dumb post but it’s pretty much what we’ve come to expect when you’re working with what this genius brings to the table. He’s a master of straw-man scenarios that only exist in his feeble mind (the same for his fictitious Constitution, come to think of it).

A real puzzlement; I find Mark’s explanation exceptionally vague and unfathomable. And because of that, disappointing.

Why bother, if you’re not going to be clear?

    Matthew 28:18
And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.”

Believers, and even non-believers don’t mind the word “heaven” in this verse, but the word “all” and especially the phrase “on earth” seem to alarm believers involved with Baal worship (lusting after secular humanist government), and makes unbelievers apoplectic.

The King rules on earth NOW, whether Mr. Tooley wants Him to or not.

    Isaiah 9:6
For a Child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us; and the government will rest on His shoulders; and His name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.

    Daniel 2:44
In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which will never be destroyed, and that kingdom will not be left for another people; it will crush and put an end to all these kingdoms, but it will itself endure forever.

    Colossians 1:13
For He rescued us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.

Since Hillary is the “chosen” one of the Vatican/Illuminati cabal, it matters not. As for Mark Tooley’s stance, I stand that he needs to study the Geneva Bible instead of whatever watered-down version he’s using now. He might actually find out how wrong he is as it pertains to participation in the politics of Satan’s Kingdom on earth, which includes “elections”.
