Sage Showers is a rising senior from Cedarville University in Ohio serving as a spring 2022 intern with the Institute on Religion & Democracy. She will graduate with a political science degree and minors in economics, public policy and Bible in May of 2023, and hopes to work in foreign policy, education, and immigration. Sage values protecting religion as enumerated by the Constitution and stands for democratic religious freedom abroad, while personally advocating for church participation and reform, specifically amongst youth and students.
